Your practice progress
The browser game stores the current puzzle, track positions and directions, empty marks, mistakes, moves, hints, undo history and completed puzzle numbers in local storage on your device. The site does not upload these saves or synchronize them between devices.
These saves remain until you clear the site’s browser data or your browser removes them. The current save uses the key connecttracks-practice-v2; older versions may also have left a local save. Clearing all storage for this site removes both. If storage is unavailable, progress lasts only for the current session. Saves on the preview domain and the main domain are separate.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions with this website. The Google tag loads when a page opens. It can send information such as the page URL, referring page, browser or device details and interaction events to Google, and it may store or read analytics cookies.
Our game code does not send the contents of your local puzzle save to Analytics. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. The Cookie Policy explains browser controls and Google’s opt-out option.
YouTube videos
Before playback, the guide shows a thumbnail hosted on our image domain. A YouTube player is inserted only after you press the video’s play button. We use the privacy-enhanced player at youtube-nocookie.com. Playback still connects your browser to Google and YouTube; it is not a promise of anonymous or data-free viewing.

Hosting and delivery
Cloudflare delivers the website and thumbnail images. Requests necessarily include information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and time of access. Cloudflare may process request information for delivery, reliability and security under its Privacy Policy. Fonts are served with the site, rather than requested from a third-party font service.
Information you send us
If you email support, we receive your reply address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use those details to handle support, corrections, privacy or copyright requests and associated follow-up. Messages should contain only information needed for that purpose.
Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant records or meet applicable obligations. Provider-held analytics, video and delivery data follow the relevant provider’s policies and settings; we do not promise a single retention period for all services.
Your choices and requests
You can clear local puzzle saves through your browser’s site-data settings, control cookies, choose not to play embedded videos, and use the options on our Cookie Policy page. Private browsing does not by itself stop a service from receiving network requests.
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information, or to object to particular processing. Contact help@connecttracks.com with a description of your request. We may need enough information to identify relevant correspondence and confirm that the request is yours. We cannot recover local saves that have been removed from your browser.
We do not ask children to submit personal information to play. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information by email, please contact us so the message can be reviewed.
